Is it possible to make the delta symbol (Δ) show up in the sector ID? I want to make handoffs to Δ9 rather than N9.

Thanks

Unsure if characters such as these are supported by POF files. I suspect, however, that they are not.

In addition, handoffs would be hard on the controllers using this POF, due to a standard keyboard's lack of delta symbol.

If you REALLY want to try it, you can put the delta symbol in the POF file, and see if it runs properly. Maybe try it on a sweatbox server, so you don't mess up anyone's service. Wink

Why do you want to have a delta symbol in the sector ID?

Some sectors require a delta prior to the handoff code. vSTARS does have a delta symbol.

The delta symbol isn't actually part of the sector ID, though, is it?

According to the STARS ATC FSAT Training Manual/Course, the triangle is just a prefix to interfacility handoffs (not including to center) as opposed to interfacility handoffs.
