Well, that's all about your minimum information, as aditional keys, I'm using a mobile broadband (with a Huawei E176 modem HSPA USB stick) and my system is installed in "E:\" and the route for vSTARS is "E:\Archivos de Programa\vSTARS"

In my case Vatspy and VRC are working fine.

Best regards

Osvaldo

Is there a GlobalExceptions.txt file in your vSTARS appdata folder? You can open that folder by putting this into a windows explorer location bar:

%appdata%\vSTARS

If there is one, please post the contents here.

I also get this message: Could not initialize network manager.

There is no GlobalExceptions.txt file in my vSTARS appdata folder.

Stan, can you have a look at the bug posting requirements thread and answer the questions asked there? This will help me determine what systems encounter this error.

Anything strange about your system in terms of how the disk drives work? Do you have a C: drive as usual?

Could you try plugging in your C: drive and see if that corrects the issue? Please let me know either way.

My C: is for a compact flash/microdrive. I don't have a compact flash card to plug in, if that's what you mean.

I did notice that when I disabled the drive, my error message changed from "Could not initialize Network Manager: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" to "Could not initialize Network Manager: Not found", if that means anything.

I just sent you a private message with a link to download a new vSTARS installer that might fix the issue. Please let me know what happens with that version. If it fixes it, I'll put the fix into the next official release.

That seems to be the solution! At least it will now start.

Thanks,

Stan
