I tried setting up my MSAW inputs to be at the same level as the MVAs at our sectors, meaning that I need to put suppression zones to ensure that outside of 50nm the warning goes off at 3000, inside 50nm it goes off at 2500, then inside 10nm it goes off at 2300. However there are also towers in those airspaces that enter into these suppression zones. Is there a way to nullify those MSAW suppression zones so that you still get a warning if you pass through say a tower inside of 50nm that goes up to 3500ft?

Kyle, sounds like you will need to re-define those areas..
kindof like a pie slice and you cut around the airports in question...
