Hey everyone I am new to this all, but I have used VRC and vPilot in the past. For some reason it is currently saying that my CID or Password is incorrect, and I know for a fact that all my information is correct. Can anyone help me out with this? Confused

1) Have you made sure to manually type in your CID and Password? Frequently people copy their CID/PW from the welcome email and copy an extra space or character.
2) Is your account active?

Yes I have made sure by manually entering my CID and PW multiples of times, and it still isn't working. I am currently an active member as I spend a few hours online a day

In what way? Are you saying you're able to connect via one of the pilot clients?

EDIT: Assuming your VATSIM CID is 1367519, it doesn't look like you've ever connected to the network yet.

Are you sure you're using the VATSIM CID and password and not, for example, anything issued by ZTL for their website? If you didn't save the welcome e-mail from VATSIM containing your password, you can retrieve your password here.

Hate to open an old thread, but didn't see any sense in a new one for the same issue.

I'm new to VATSIM and having this same issue with VRC. I am manually entering both my CID and password. These credentials work fine when accessing the VATSIM website.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

@Robert_Hill: Is your CID 1371763? Because it looks like you were able to connect successfully as ZJX_RH_OBS.
