No matter what frequency I use, whenever I am receiving transmission from ATC it is always broken and I miss key bits of information.
Headset is working fine so what's the issue please? |

"No matter what frequency I use" -- since controllers from different facilities and on different frequencies are likely using different voice servers, the issue may lie in your connection, or perhaps the distance between you and the voice servers that are being used. Where are you located, and where are you flying? Perhaps also reboot your router. |

My router is in the room above the computer (neither router nor computer can be moved).
Will reset router and see how I get on. I mainly fly in the UK only, just started to venture out to Europe but nothing long haul. C182t |

Sorry, I meant like if you fly in the UK but live in Australia, the distance between you and the UK controllers' voice server may have a slight effect. If you live in the UK and are talking to UK controllers, that probably isn't an issue.
Are you on a wireless connection, then? I don't have any experience to know if that could be an issue. |
